    Went to Build a Bear in Firewheel on Wednesday 11/16/22. The 3 women working there were AMAZING! My daughter had a dream of wanting a Stitch in a Santa outfit, all the way down to the Santa beard. Well the Santa beard didn’t fit Stitch. The women used a price tag gun to connect the beard onto Stitch for me. Thank you for taking the time to go out of your way to make an 8 year old little girl so happy! She’ll be so excited on Christmas morning! Thank you!

    So much fun even as a teenager. I got a pink build-a-bear frog and got him the cutest overalls. His name is Kevin and he is my new bestfriend.

    I absolutely love this place! I'm 46 years old and love to go get a bear friend! This year I was able to get my holy grail bear!! TNBC Jack bear!! My fiance got the outfit, the sound (This is Halloween) and had him scented with pumpkin spice! The staff was amazing as always! I didn't feel strange going In there for a bear for myself, the staff treated me like I was any other customer coming in for a new bear friend. I love this place!
