Chateau Estates

I've been working with Ruby and Anna and let's say they are two amazing women. I don't live there(yet) but even if not I would still recommend them! Keep up the good work ladies 👍

A friend referred me to these apartments. She has lived there a few years and no complaints. She also says that all employees, including maintenance, are very responsive. That was SO GOOD to hear. The office staff has been extremely helpful and the apartments have been completely remodeled inside. They are very nice! We can't wait to move in next weekend!

Chateau Estates are a very nice and updated apartments. When me and my wife came to take a tour of a two bedroom apartment, we were blown away with all the space and the upgrades that have been done. Everyone was so helpful and nice while making our decision and we recommend the Chateau to everyone.

I had the opportunity to stop by the office as an Agent I wanted to visually see the property to market future prospects for “Renters” insurance. I was very impressed by the maintenance of the property, as I was greeted by a “Welcoming Staff” I was provided with information in an efficient manner, not to mention very informative detailed requirements and rental information. I was asked proper questions based on criteria of applying. My over all experience, led me to believe with confidence that this is definitely a Safe well Maintained Property along with an Excellent Property Staff. Keep up the Great Service.

The interior of these apartments have recently been upgraded and are nice for the affordable price. Maintenance has always been swift to address any issues and management is easy to work with. Safe neighborhood and pretty easy access shopping and grocery stores.
