LOVE THE NEW MANAGEMENT!!!
Heather is so polite, easy going, & knowledgeable. She made it so simple for me to transfer from one unit to another. Not to mention that it is kept clean, organized, and looks brand new. She is good at her job. Service is wonderful!!!

Been using this place for years. Used various units outdoor and climate-controlled. Extremely friendly and professional service. Facility well-kept and well-managed.

Easy highway access- easy on and off and easy access in and out. Safe locking gates cameras and great staff. Helpful, friendly and drama free. 2 different types locks--Have done business with them several times in the past & they have had excellent move in specials. If it had more stars I would give them more stars🌟 ⭐ 💫

I stopped by to inquire about storage recently and Heather was a giant help. She stayed late, answered all my questions and was very professional.

They recently changed names but the owners state they won't be making drastic changes.

Ive rented several units in the past -- they have different options.

NOTE:

access to the storage facility itself is challenging right now -- it is located on a 1-way street [in a construction zone] but very easy highway access.

Just be sure you enter one way via Bobtown off I-30. You cannot enter via Rosehill. It is impassable & 1-way.

MASSIVE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT UNDERWAY....

I am extremely pleased with my choice of self storages. I was very happy with the way I was treated and helped all the way through the experience. I have been renting there now for over 6 months and have even changed to another unit and they made the change almost effortless. (Aside from actually moving my things) Lol. Anyway this is John Black and I'm a happy customer and intend on being so for quite some time I would recommend them highly

Willy has the BEST Smog check service in the Bay Area!! Fast, Efficient, Accurate, Friendly, great Price! I was referred here by my Toyota mechanic. Will definitely come back in when DMV requests smog check again:D

Friendly, very experienced and super efficient fast service. I brought my aging 20 years Lexus in for smog test w/o appointment. Although there were two cars ahead of me, the owner was able to complete mine just within 30 minutes. Very happy with the service. I definitely will come back.
