(September 27, 2018, 4:24 pm)Only rated 5 stars cause our initial visit was pleasant, it was Lesleys (hope I spelled correctly) first activation we got 4 lines imported she talked us thru every step and apologized for taking so long had it been her first activation and needed assistance. Spent awhile in there Friday and not one time did she make it a horrible experience....Flash forward to today and I go in cause my front facing camera glitches and moms said she was outta data . As Lesley is helping us GIZELLE walks in and asks what's wrong i tell her she proceeds to ask me questions...my phone decided to work and so she proceeded to get smart with me and assume I dropped my phone . So as she is helping mom my I sit down she continues to ask my mom questions making her feel stupid while she has this complete look of disgust on her face, eyebrow raised etc ... My mother is 54 yrs old and never said anything to this little girl she needs to learn respect and her facial expressions can and will get her in a lot of trouble ....Costumer service is NOT one of her strong points and sad thing is she is your manager . Again this is literally only having 10min of contact with GIZELLE ruined my experience with BOOST. THANK YOU LESLEY FOR YOUR GREAT HOSPITALITY , hope you become a manager one day you will be great .
