Quest Diagnostics Inside Garland Tom Thumb Store - Employer Drug

  I was confused when navigation brought me to Tom Thumb when I needed to get to Quest Diagnostics. Shortly after pulling up, I realized that the Quest Diagnostics was located inside the Tom Thumb. Coming here was probably the most pleasant experience I've ever had getting lab work done.
  
  I made an appointment the day before and I waited for about 5 minutes before I was called. Even if I hadn't made an appointment, I do not think it would have taken much longer to be seen.
  
  The location itself is clean, well-lit, and professional-looking.
  
  The staff is so warm and friendly. The woman that did my test just surprised me with her charm and kindness.
  
  I'm a little confused by reading the previous reviews, because this doesn't sound like the same spot. Maybe it was under different staff/management??

  Debra treated my wife amazing. The place was clean and smelled wonderful. Many have had a hard time drawing her blood, but Debra was a pro!
  
  The bathroom was clean and you can tell they clean it regularly.
  
  Slight delay between shift changes. No more than waiting a few mins. Definitely make an appointment.
  
  Debra was wonderful. Made me feel respected and human. She was funny and kept my wife entertained the whole time.
  
  There was a LOT of blood drawn and they even made sure to have my wife identify the vials of blood so there was no confusion.
  
  We have had so many BAD experiences. It sounds like Quest listened to the other reviews and made some serious adjustments.
  
  I was so pleased that my wife was made to feel so comfortable.
