  I love Visionworks at Firewheel! I went there recently to order new glasses. They had the largest selection of frames of all the places I visited. I was pleased to finally find some frames that suit my face very well. The service while ordering and while picking up were both excellent. My glasses were ready in a week, and they went above and beyond to make sure they fit well and that I was happy with them. They really know what they are doing. I have two other family members at home that wear glasses, and this place was our best experience. I can't express enough how pleased I am with Visionworks.

  Q is a wonderful representative for this company. She is so friendly and pleasant! She makes you feel welcome and is very patient while you try on a million pair of frames! I would recommend this store just for customer service alone....I don't have my glasses yet, but I'm sure they will take care of me with that as well!!!
