(June 25, 2019, 8:45 pm)Amber worked with me to help organize a fundraising event for Alzheimer's Association. She was very attentive to details of event in order to make it both fun and successful.
As an Instructor, she was very attentive to our wide range of skill levels from Advanced to never being in a class before. I left feeling relaxed and more knowledgeable of my body.
(August 4, 2018, 11:06 pm)I have had the pleasure of attending Yoga classes with Amber at Fitness Connection Garland. Although I have a busy schedule teaching Group Exercise classes at the same gym location, this class has been extremely helpful! I suffer from a tremendous amount of hip pain due to a tissue tear. When I spoke to her about this she was very thorough on what Yoga offers and how it also helped her. I’ve had so much relief since I have been attending her classes. I’d love to take more time for myself in her class when my schedule permits. I can tell what exercises work well and what comes as a challenge. The energy in the class is so soothing and definitely puts me in a deep relaxed state of mind, while building upper and lower body strength. One of the classes I attended was so amazing because as an added perk, she used a relaxation oil and went around to each person and this just added even more of that zen vibe! Her personality is very welcoming and I love that she interacts with each person in the class. She’s gifted with an “at ease” mind set and I can’t wait to join her in class more often!

I know that whole class left sweating The reasons I love her practice is how compassionate, caring, challenging and attentive she is.
