Milestone Electric, Air, & Plumbing

Chris came and checked out our Hot Water System and confirmed what I already expected. One tank was not working and the other was OK. He went into great detail on multiple options at varying cost levels. This was on Friday and he was informed that I would like to review the various options before deciding what made the most sense for us. This took into account the age of current system, expected life span of equipment, warranties, updates and compliance with city codes. Chris was told we would contact him over the weekend and we reached him on Sunday with our decision. He said that he and an assistant would be there Monday to remove/replace the old tanks, update existing lines and complete all requested work that afternoon.
This was all expected, but in addition Chris was knowledgeable, personable, professional and seemed to really care about his work and how it would reflect on both him and Milestone (who he spoke very highly of). Milestone has consistently sent out individuals who are are professional and exhibit the highest standards of personal conduct and top notch quality of work. In addition I have never heard any of there employees say anything but positive comments about working at Milestone.
They either have a great person hiring people, a great training program or really treat their employees well to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

Great experience with Milestone. Jesse, the technician was very thorough and spent a lot of time looking at my systems to determine how to fix the issue. He gave me plenty to think about and possible service options. The work was completed quickly and he was very good about keeping me posted on his progress while at the home. Great Tech, great service.

Jamison was the technician who came to perform the 6 month checkup on the AC system at our current house. He did such a thorough job and nicely showed me the before after video, his findings, and talked thru his suggestions. I would love to continue doing business with Milestone as they are very responsive, professional, and have not tried to scam you to buy in with their product/service like others. Also I will definitely request Jamison next time.

Brandon did a great job of educating us as he was performing his electricity inspection of our smoke alarm system. This entire system had to be replaced with no charges because of our warranty with Milestone. We had two additional repairs that we had to defer until Nov. 2022. We asked Brandon how he would rank these two as to repairing first. He gave us his answer to this question and clearly explained how he arrived at his answer. During his visit to our home, he would make brief visits to my office with educational tips that would benefit me in how to properly maintain our electricity systems. In addition, he explained why some parts of our various electricity components would no longer meet current 2022 code standards and why not. I asked him to document this information in our current customer review which a copy was left for us. This information will be important as we plan our 2023/24 budget. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
