Forest Medical Care

The actual doctor visit was great with Dr. Munoz, but if you’re counting on a call back from them for your lab results don’t hold your breathe. It took them 2 weeks even though they said a couple of days. When I finally received a call it was some what non informative and the lady was in such a hurry to end the phone call. I went back because I needed additional testing. I spoke with Dr. Munoz and told him how disappointed I was and he apologized on behalf of Office as a whole staff, i know at the end its not his fault necessarily. I really believe that although the results with lab work results seems to be an issue, the Doctor(s) in this office care about getting to the route cause and are not Pad Doctors. My husband had recommended me this office/Dr. Garcia and the day i schedule my original appointment, Dr. Garcia was booked so I got Dr. Munoz and I am so glad to have him as my doctor. I know he has a heavy load with sick patients, but his generosity and his humility with me was exceptional. I am very grateful for how he handled himself and wish them the best.

By far the best experience I’ve had in any clinic. The check-in process is quick and hassle free and the front desk staff are always nice and polite. Unlike other busy clinics, the wait was very short. The doctor’s assistants are also very attentive and successfully access every situation in order to relay the information to the doctor. Dr.Garcia was very patient and kind and truly listened to all my concerns and answered any questions I had. He reassured me every step of the way and made sure that I felt comfortable overall. The visit was wonderful and I look forward to scheduling a follow-up soon! I encourage anyone looking for a long-term family doctor, general physician, or internist to visit Dr. Garcia at Forest Medical Care. You definitely won’t regret it!
