(September 1, 2019, 4:02 am)This Enterprise provided superior service with superb customer service! I was treated like a valied customer from my pick up until I was placed on a rental. Micheal A handled my transaction from beginning to end. And his office manager Rudi was there ready and willing to assist his staff and that he did. Even though I did not make an appointment and they were out of rentals they made me comfortable until they could resolve the issue
And that did in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend this Enterprise! And that award willing smile that Michael A gave me warmed my heart!

If they they do not have the class of vehicle that I reserved, they have always made sure I was taking care of. Very professional and excellent customer service! Thank you Rudi M, Cornelius E, Lekendrick J and everyone else. You guys are the BEST!
(August 17, 2019, 5:41 pm)The Staff was fast and efficient. Even the the office extremely busy with customers. Whole transaction took less than 15 minutes. Customer Service was great, will definitely do busy here again.????
(August 5, 2019, 11:24 am)This Enterprise on Forest Ln in Garland STAYS busy. That's a good thing though, and everyone knows Rudy. He's very knowledgeable about the inventory, system, specials, etc and remembers customers just as much as they remember and look forward to being serviced by him. I prefer this location when I'm looking to rent a car. Not that they always have top pick of cars, but because I like the staff.
(June 24, 2019, 10:12 am)I needed a car very last minute on a Friday and Ken took excellent care of me. I run an automotive shop down the street from this location and feel very confident and sending my customers to Ken for excellent service and care. I appreciate the awesome service.
