Garland Dog Park

Closest dog park to my house. My doggo loves it, the sections are large enough for him to get all his zoomie sprints out. One section has a covered pavilion but most of the park is not very shady so I'd recommend going in the morning or evening when it cools off. There's also a dog wash station.

It was a pleasant visit. Loved that they had different spaces for the dogs based on weight. The turf was very cushy, and I( and am sure my doggie) loved the elevated rocks, which also doubled for seating. My dog loves jumping on high spaces, so this was especially fun for him. Good space, too, because he was running all over the place having a blast with other dogs.

Hopefully, people can continue to pick up after their pet. I had to pick up after someone else's pet today.

We will definitely visit this park again. I am very grateful for those who volunteer & also maintain the parks.

Very nice dog park, not enough shade for summer heat.

We loved it here!! Plenty of room for dogs to run and large rocks to climb on. My dogs would give it two paws up 😁

Love it here. They have a small dog side and a big dog side with secure gates and water for the dogs. I wish they had a hose to wash off muddy dogs becahse the soil has been pretty moist lately which cakes up on their paws but I know they close when it rains so it doesn't get too muddy. The grass is very well kept. We love going here because it's only 5 min from my house.
