The soap smells great, the tire clean was awesome, the brush cleans the back of your car, and the light show was amazing! It didn't really dry my car well but what car wash actually does? “Christina is hands down the best employee! The western union kiosk wasn't operating properly, so she went above and beyond to contact western union for a gentleman. Then when that didn't work she decided to troubleshoot and reboot her computer. She had the western union kiosk up and running without breaking a sweat or losing her cool. “The Assistant manager, and two other employees helped me more than any business ever has... They helped me correct a lot of mistakes made by the Wylie store, which I will never go to again. They help me get my bill from 600.00 to 300.00, and help me receive refunds I deserved. They patiently and professionally sat there helping me get my account straight for at least 3 hours. This meant everything to me because my Dad and Mom recently passed away 3 months apart. I’ve been so busy taking care of their business affairs after their deaths, that I had not had time to take care of my own. As they worked with me they wrote copious notes, so that I didn’t have to. I call this servant leadership. I didn’t even buy anything from the store, but the next phone I buy will certainly be from these incredible employees. “This place has great customer service! I had been missing a ring since the beginning of June. I had looked all over my house for for the past month and a half for the ring and I was unable to find it. I remembered that the last time I wore it was on a day I got a massage at this location. I thought I would call and see if they had the ring, but really didn't think it would be there since it has been over 6 weeks. When i called today I was shocked because they had my ring. They had been holding onto it all this time! I was so happy and excited and thrilled that they held onto it all this time! Thank you to the staff for holding onto it! I greatly appreciate it!”
