(July 9, 2020, 6:30 pm)Update: maintenance supervisor has ordered the part for AC unit that is dripping causing the mold, we hired our own mold inspector to evaluate mold on ceiling above master bedroom shower, mold test and air spore results are pending, thank you Jason and Dinah for fixing this problem for us!
(June 27, 2020, 2:27 pm)Super easy move-in process during COVID. I loved Courtney! She was GREAT at answering all my questions super quick via email which I noticed a lot of other apartment communities/leasing agents lacking while I was apartment hunting.
(May 7, 2020, 4:21 pm)Staff is always nice and services your request in a timely manner. Communication is very through and they try to help you in any way they can. Property is very quiet and clean. The management care about the property and renters. Very family oriented and always has things going on for the tenants to be involved in. My apartment has a very home feel as i am told by all of my visitors. Just wish some of the finishes were more appropriate for the price. Overall i recommend to anyone.
(November 16, 2017, 1:10 pm)Great and caring management (Tonya & Angela) and excellent staff (Kinyatae). Everytime I entered the office I was greatly taken care of and the staff were very responsive. Any repairs need, maintenance was there in under 48 hours. Would highly recommend to visit them to see what they have to offer! Also, what really made the experience enjoyable living at this apartment complex were the neighbor events/CARES events held by Charity and her husband Mr. Santibanez .
Overall, great experience and will miss the entire staff. Thanks everyone!
