Berkshire Preserve

I enjoyed my apartment tour. The gym is nice & spacious. I like how covered parking is free. I enjoy the design/layout of the pool. I like the location of the apartment complex. Not too much traffic. I liked how clean the apartment complex is. I liked the apartment unit I was shown.

Berkshire Preserve is an attractive and safe apartment community. I've lived here for two years now and have not had a single issue. Every interaction I have had with the office team has been pleasant and positive.

Apartment management really seems to take a proactive approach to addressing resident concerns. One example is the creation of the package delivery center. No longer must packages be left at your door, subject to being stolen. Now they can be delivered to a secure room and placed in a locker that only you have access to.

I am extremely happy as a resident in the Berkshire Preserve community.
