On Time Experts

Fabian from On Time Experts was kind respectful and friendly. He knew right away what our issues were and how to resolve in no time. He answered all my questions and educated me on our new thermostat because I was not home when it was installed. He was so friendly I wanted to invite him to our wedding 😆. We love this company hands down the best investment we've made on our newly bought home.

The service technicians at On Time are obviously highly trained and well versed in their chosen areas of service. They are always very good to listen closely to customer information and thoroughly examine the situation. Once they examine the issue(s) they provide a thorough and very understandable explanation, outline options and provide as much detail as possible. Work is timely and they never leave a mess. They work as hard at customer satisfaction as they do at doing the work in a superior manner. I have been a customer for over 15 years and have never had a complaint.

Had a broken shower pipe and they came out that night, no extra emergency charge. They did have to come out again the next morning since the repair was more extensive than we thought, but also no extra charge for the second trip either. Andrew Smith was our tech, he was really friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He had to cut into a wall but got the job done and gave me a fair price. I’ll definitely be requesting Andrew again for future work.

Andrew was courteous and thoughtful. He listened to my issue, asked me to repeat to confirm he heard me correctly and got to work!! He resolved the issue expeditiously. On Time Experts were absolutely wonderful to work with. Even better that they’re a 24 hour operation. Fabian, our tech, was incredibly kind and efficient. He went over all possibilities and solutions. While we now know we’ll need a new unit, he was able to provide a quick fix to cool our house. Having small children, elderly, and animals in the home is scary with this heat wave. We’re already experiencing a cool down, although it’ll be an all day affair with how high our temp was! I’m confident in this company’s abilities and work ethic. I look forward to having them maintain our systems!
