So my family and I had a mini vacation and went tubing down the San Marcos River. We were having a perfect day until the “string” to the water proof phone bag, broke.

Had I know that the string to the phone bag was flimsy I would of never bought it. This of course happened where the current was the strongest and the river was deep.

The first thing that crossed my mind… my freaking pictures!!! I had made up my mind that I was going to use my wife’s old PINK phone… not cool!!

I want to thank the HEROS of the AT&T store at this location. They were able to save me from a life of ridicule and bullying by friends and family. I was able to get the new IPhone 12!! Whaaaaat!! I should of dropped my phone in the river way before. Look… go and check these guys out! They are courteous, helpful, and can give you options. To all the team at this location… thanks!

Great customer service. It took awhile to fix due to some complications with my phone, but Lino, the customer rep, was eventually able to fix the issue. Forget naming it iPhone 13 - why not iPhone Lino instead. Thanks for the help man!

The representative was wonderful. I got helped, pretty quickly. When it came time to choose the phone I wanted, the assistance was greatly appreciated. At the store. Number 2. When it came to helping someone who's totally blind, it was a great experience. Even when it came to setting up talk back on my phone, getting everything running, it was great.
