If you ever need a trust-worthy team working for you to close on a house, put your trust in Old Republic Title. The Garland team at Old Republic Title made us feel welcomed and at ease with the whole process. They kept us in the loop with all the important dates, paperwork and explained everything very clearly so there were no surprises. We actually really appreciate their due diligence; in fact, it was the Escrow officer Shelby who informed us about the last minute closing cost update. Our lender did inform us of the change, however by email. My husband and I both work so had we not received a phone call specifically from Nicholas Bouton, we would have inconveniently had to stop at the bank again the morning of closing. No one wants to stress over money when it's supposed to be a happy occasion so after this, we knew the Old Republic team were the right people to work with!
From the minute we stepped into their office, they made my husband and I feel at home and I don't know about you, but if you're putting your livelihood in someone else's hands, you want to have that feeling of comfort and trust.
