(May 21, 2017, 5:42 pm)Hands down, the best professional in North Dallas. Not only experienced, and know how to detect exact issues, they are more transparent than words can explain. In a business where most people know nothing about (including myself), I typically have to take the word of the professional. The best thing about Starkey is the communication and as a customer, knowing what is going on, why, my different options, the risk/rewards of each, and then the customer makes the call. There's an extreme comfort feeling that you know this firm will shoot you straight, they do great work with only what is needed (and not try and up-sell you a dozen things you don't need), and have the most competitive prices anywhere. The character is impressively classy above and beyond expectations.
