Great dealership. I don't know what to say other than we got an outstanding deal on a used vehicle. Our salesman was great to work with. He was professional, friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty. They were able to get us a low interest rate that was beyond our expectations. Overall, probably THE BEST experience buying a used vehicle. I will definitely purchase from DallasAuto4Less again.

The sales rep was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and made the process extremely easy. There was no hard sell, just great service. The new electronic contract process was really efficient and we were able to quickly leave and enjoy our new car.

Buying experience was amazing. Claudia, listened to what type of vehicle I was looking for, and what my specifications were. She was able to pinpoint exactly what i wanted, and had the price and down payment to match. I appreciate all the help Claudia gave me. I would recommend this place to anyone. This place is awesome, they were very informative and patient with me through out the initial process. I was nervous going in but came out very satisfied. They are always responsive and respectful in any questions I have. And bottom line I found a great quality vehicle that I’ve been able to afford and depend on. Highly recommended

I Love this place, they helped find the right car for me and my kids one that fit my budget of course they’re used cars some after a while have issues so obviously I went bk expecting them to say , “sorry lady you’re on your own” but No Claudia was more than helpful and understanding said they would take good care of me. She made sure the service advisor understood my situation as I needed my car fixed fast she even made sure I had a loaner car to get to and from work until they fixed my car. If you’re looking for Good used cars you’ve come to the right place now please do keep in mind they are used cars so later down the road might have issues but don’t be afraid to have them look at it and see what they can do, but again don’t be so hateful when it doesn’t work out perfect.
