I’m extremely happy with how well everything went during my process of moving here. Mariam is extremely helpful and very patient and kind, we honestly need more people like her in customer service. She made sure all my process was handled correctly and timely, honestly moving was smooth with her.I’ve only been here to less than a week and I’m very pleased. Thanks to the Carmel team. Ms. Mariam is ALWAYS so kind to not only just me but also my kids, which I couldn’t explain how much means to me. We walked into the newly updated and renovated leasing center and we’re amazed truly by how much Vidalta has come in and changed things in a positive way! The energy is positive, the vibrations are high, the new back splash in the offices doesn’t leave you with a dull feeling. Also, I’m very grateful for how kind and courteous Ms. Tania has also been throughout my years of living here. They’re fair but firm straight shooters who work with you if you’re truly honest about your circumstances! Please continue with all of these amazing upgrades 🥹😍
