Loved my experience ,the ladies are very welcoming . Also , the price was awesome for the whole experience. I will be using them again for upcoming services. My hair is still up and had been up since May 3rd. I am still getting compliments even though I've taken a couple of them down . My sisters, my mother, and I have been going here for almost a year now and let my tell you that this place is AMAZING👏🏾 Literally a 10/10 they never fail to put a smile on my face when I look at my hair when It’s finished and the service is top tear. I love the people, the place, and they service, but most importantly when I show them what I want they always achieve that look or they make it even better I will always go here no matter when even if they are booked they will always find a way to fit you in and you look like a million dollars LOVE IT HERE!

I came to Braid City in August 2020 with maybe 2 inches of hair after doing a big chop. I thought I would get box braids but the ladies suggested that I do micro braids because the box braids would just slide out after a short period of time. They could have just did it anyway and let me pay for a hair style that wouldn't last but they were honest and genuinely wanted to do what was best for my hair and money. The braids looked amazing and only took 5 hours. I will be coming back as soon as I take these down. Thank you Braid City for doing my micro braids and bosting myself self-esteem after a big chop.

Miracle did an absolute miracle on my 12 year olds hair! Mama, was a pleasant delight and she was very patient and informative setting our appointment! These ladies worked together and brought such comfort and delight to my daughter and her experience there for our first time! Will definitely be returning again!
