Authentic vietnamese deli for sure. They have a buy 3 get 1 free deal for thier sandwiches and it's priced really reasonable. Give it a try. I came across this place because a friend referred it.
Just picked up a few fresh sandwiches this morning. $4.50 each is reasonable. They didn’t jacked the price like other places. I was just in California and it was $7-8. I always come here whenever I’m in Dallas.
Was on a journey to find the best banh mi until yesterday we finally found it. This place is the home of the best banh mi. Some places the bread isn’t right, lack of flavor, lack of meat, or the meat isn’t the correct kind. This place uses the correct meat and gives plenty of it! Not too salty or peppery. Just perfect! I even like how they cut the veggies smaller esp the cilantro to fit the banh mi better with every bite. Love it.
One of the best sub shops in the area. Everything is assembled to order. Definitely try their fresh pressed sugar cane drink. So refreshing. Their banh mi bread has the perfect texture. They sell just bread to take home also.
I am officially a Saigon Deli fan now. The baguette is huge but light and airy. The meat fillings are generous, tasty and aromatic, especially the grilled pork. They don't skimp on the herbs and fixins'. Their sandwiches are damn good and worth the drive. The bánh mì in the picture is chả lụa (Vietnamese pork sausage) with a fried egg, paté, pickled sweet & sour daikon/carrots, sliced jalapeños, cilantro and mayo. Update: New pic is bánh mì Xá Xíu which is similar to Chinese char siu bbq.
