(September 11, 2019, 10:45 am)From the moment I walked up to registration the lady at the counter was so polite, everyone I encountered there was so nice and polite. All staff members said good morning with a smile. I had gone to another Parkland Womens Health Clinic and was treated so poorly and thought all Parkland facilities would be the same, I'm glad I was wrong. THANK YOU TO ALL @ Grand Prairie Parkland Women Clinic.
(May 31, 2019, 12:32 am)I had a pretty bad experience at first with the financial staff but I was very consistent in trying to get the financial help to cover my MRI..I kept going up there finally there was a receptionist name Carla and she was so wonderful and sweet she helped me so much she really makes the clinic look good she went beyond what she had to in order to give me the help, she followed up with me she took her time with my paper work. My experience with her was just great.
