Update: there are slack-wrinkles on at least 4 windows (rear window being 1 of them). The owner says I can bring it in to get it checked out/fixed.

Quick, friendly, & rea$onable! Time will tell on the quality of their ceramic film application, but they give a 10yr warranty (will leave an update)! Me likey
