Absolutely great service by Yuri. He immediately repaired my IPAD while I was there, took about 5 minutes. I was just about to buy a new one and throw current one in trash, very pleased with service.

My screen was fixed within the little time that was given to them. Lily was considerate by hearing my concerns and how urgent I needed it to get fixed. Not only was she patient, but she set the realistic expectations and gave logical explanation to why it would take longer than the little time that was given. It was more likely to be fixed the next day, but they got it done in two hours and my phone is working like new! I really appreciate the speed and kindness that was given from Lily and her team! 🙏
