  I believe that one of the hardest things, if not the hardest, is taking that first step when you are seeking mental health treatment. It’s never easy to admit that you need help, therefore that first step is crucial. For me, I need to be able to connect immediately, or at least have a sense of comfort in your initial meeting with someone that is approachable, relaxed, professional, attentive and caring. Michelle Palacios embodies all of these traits and more, which is why I believe anyone seeking out assistance should give her a try.
