We were unable to see an apartment because the leasing staff was unavailable at the moment. However, the service manager offered to showing us some of the amenities to give us a feel for the community. We decided we are no longer going to move from our current apartment but if we were we would certainly consider Marquis at Town Centre because of their fantastic customer service. Thank you!

I have lived here since 2013 and love it. I just had my dishwasher and refrigerator replaced. The men who did the work went above and beyond. They worked around my schedule kept me wonderfully informed and were so nice. They also did an amazing job.

We have loved our time living here!! Maintenance and office staff are kind and it’s a great location with open space and stores within walking distance.
We are about to complete our 2nd transfer to a bigger apartment and have chose to stay here for all our moves as our space needs have increased. Anessa has been kind and easy to work with through each move, and for anything else we’ve needed. Especially last week as we had accidentally locked our dog sitter out and she couldn’t get in. Anessa contacted maintenance for us and they came after hours to help our dog sitter get in! It’s a great place to live and they always go the extra mile.
Only complaint would be that repairs of some amenities are slow, but they do a great job keeping us updated and are trying to get to the root of the issues which takes longer.

Good prices/ discount. Alot of stuff & baby clothes to choice from.
