I have been going to this dealership for the past 15 years and bought and had cars serviced here. The staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I just recently purchased a 2021 TLX (my fourth Acura) and my salesperson Eric Rich made the experience easy hassle free with no pressure at all. The customer service here is phenomenal! I've been taking both Acuras here for service since 2016 and have always felt like welcomed. My service technician I love to work with is Justin. He is extremely helpful, honest, professional and personable on each visit. I always ask for him when I come in. The other people are really nice too it's just Justin has always helped me and been so nice so I just always see him. They are awesome and will continue to have my business! I have never had a bad experience with Leith Acura. From the car buying experience to the service department, the staff has been exceptional. The staff takes time to listen to your needs & address them. When you receive service, you will get a detailed explanation of what service was performed. If you leave there with any questions then you didn't do your part & ask.
