The general manager, Karmen Nichols and staff (Faith, Ed, and 2 other servers whose names I cannot recall at the moment) was able to accommodate our large party for my mothers birthday. The staff took care of my family from the time we walked through the door. Our food was hot, fresh, and our servers were happy to serve our 28 person party. I’ve never experienced this level of accommodation, care and kindness from any restaurant chain (Fast Food or Dine In) EVER!!! This Olive Garden Location has Chick-Fil-A beat!!! I am so pleased we were able to celebrate my Mother’s birthday at this location.
(February 9, 2020, 5:49 pm)Wow!!!! Karmen and her Team was nothing short of amazing! We celebrated my Mom's birthday, and we were a BIG PARTY. The restaurant was busy but this did not stop the show. Karmen and her team of staff we EXCELLENT, they were very accommodating, and attentive. The service was outstanding, food delicious and hot. This is the way to do it Olive Garden! Please give a raise, bonus, perk, whatever is in the Corporate policy. We will be back again!!!
(January 26, 2020, 2:39 pm)Food was yummy.lunch portion was good. Salad crisp but cut a little too big for bites. Not enough olives and croutons. We ordered a wine and poured a small amount. Needed to pour a better glass full. First visit here. Had enough for dinner today!not always that generous portions.
(January 18, 2020, 11:44 pm)This was our first time at this location and we had a very pleasant and positive visit. We received extraordinary service by our waiter, Arturo; polite, knowledgeable and great personality. He interacted with all of us, including our special needs adult daughter which tells a lot about an individual. The food was warm, tasty and prompt. Our alcoholic drinks were very good. Overall, it was a great experience so we made sure to relay this to the manager on site.
(January 18, 2020, 3:49 pm)I definitely have nothing bad to say about this place. On the contrary in my opinion this is one of the best restaurants in all Grand Prairie area. I'm glad that they opened a location here in Grand Prairie. Great prices and great friendly people. Our waiter(Glynn Z) was on point and if something was wrong with your order he went over and beyond and out of his way to make sure it was taken care of. Our experience at this restaurant was very pleasant and Mr. Glynn made sure it was a pleasant one as well. As long as this place is open I will continue to dine in at this restaurant. Thank you for such great food and great service.
