I spent about 1 1/2-2 hours there. I think it was a very acceptable amount of time for the process, considering I was applying for more than one program and ask questions. Overall experience was great from start to finish.

I use to absolutely hate goin to this office, but now that they have upgraded and not many kids are there I actually don't mind. But I live the app. They have so many rude CSR but Candyce was extremely helpful she completed my case same day instead of having me wait 30days. Thank you for your blessing.
