Untitled has changed my life! This gym it’s staff have been instrumental in my being consistent with my fitness journey and meeting my fitness goals. If you are looking for a gym home with knowledgeable, supportive and friendly staff…this is the place! If I could give more stars I would. Join the winning team! You won’t regret it!

This gym is by far one of my favorite gyms I’ve tried out in the DFW. Ive been attending Untitled Fitness Lab since August of 2022. Everyone is super friendly & all the coaches are knowledgeable in their work. My favorite classes are Tuesday group training and Lazy 2 Lit on Saturdays. They offer personal training as well. With PT I’ve learned how to squat & adjust my RDLs. I love the events they host every couple of weeks/months. Those you can not miss! You will see the same faces and build friendships here.

I recently attended a health event hosted by Untitled Fitness Lab, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm from the staff. The event was well-organized, with informative workshops, fun fitness classes, and expert speakers who provided valuable insights into health and wellness. The gym's facilities were top-notch, and the clean and inviting environment made the experience even better. The best part was the sense of community and support that surrounded the event – I left feeling motivated and inspired to prioritize my health. I can't recommend this gym's health events enough – truly a 5-star experience!

Love this gym! It has something for everyone on every fitness level. Classes, boot camps, personal training, you name it they have it. So glad I found this gym.
My trainer Keith is very professional! His attention to detail is second to none! You can tell at the end of the day every trainer truly cares about your success!

I’ve been training with Lydia for almost 5 months now and I must say that this has been a life changing experience thus far!! Training with Lydia is more than just working out, she provides a community for her clients, full of women that support each other and she holds us accountable! I continue to be pushed beyond limits that I didn’t know were possible. Lydia isn’t just about physical results but overall health and well-being (spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally) and I love her for that! My journey isn’t just my journey, it’s ours and it’s Divine - I thank God for Lydia, she’s changed my life and fitness for me hits different these days!! Also, shout out to all of my Untitled fam - truly a dope environment full of goal getters!!
