“I am very pleased with my service under Dr. Sung. I had to get a crown on one of my molars. I normally hate dentist because it always feels like pulling teeth to pay for services. I don't go to the dentist much if I don't have to. This time I had a big chunk of my tooth fall off so I had to. I am college student with no money. Dr. Sung and his team were very sympathetic and worked with me to get the right service for a reasonable price and make sure I keep all my teeth. Dr. Sung just called today to follow up on my crown which helps to ensure me that I did the right thing by trusting them with my dental care. I don't think anyone likes the idea of going to the dentist, but ideal dental has helped to make the experience a lot more tolerable. I have needed to get several cavities addressed for a while, and now I think I will finally just pay to have the service done with Dr. Sung because I trust him to give me the best service at a reasonable price. I would recommend the Metro Care Dental Plan which then gives you free exams, x-rays, and cleanings with ideal dental as well as discounts on any other service. I am now able to go every 6 months for no charge to make sure I can keep my teeth healthy.”

“The staff is very friendly and attentive. Everytime I have gone to see Dr. Olga Jones, the staff makes me feel important and cared for. They are always ready to assist you in which ever way they can. The first time I had an appoint with the doctor, I had to fill some forms but I had trouble because I forgot my reading glasses and could not see the print. One of the young ladies noticed I was having trouble so she asked if she could help fill the forms. I was so relieved and grateful for her help. I have always had a good experience when I walk into the office. I highly recommend the Methodist Family Health Center.”

“This place is very nice and friendly the lady that is at the counter of the women’s health counter is always so sweet and informative she never acts as if you are bothering her so to speak I say that because alot of plaves you go the receptionist are very short and snarky. I gave it a four stars due to time consuming issues the appointments you are usually waiting two hours behind which I understand the number of patients but at least some form of communication as to how long you will be waiting would be greatly appreciated”

Dr. Grice just put the icing on the cake. He listened to my concerns, explained what he recommended and something a lot of doctors don’t do unless prompted, he informed me of the side effects to be sure I was well informed.
