We absolutely love every bit of service we have received from Arm Dynamic. Of course we ‘know’ the individuals at the Dallas (Irving) location the best, but our interactions with team in California have been phenomenal also. All steps and processes were explained and all of our questions were answered without rushing or any frustration…on our end. 😅
When we return for ‘check-ups’ on our device Sadie continually says, “It’s my favorite visit every time.” Rob and Carina are the BEST! Always good to respond to emails and follow-ups. Actually the Dallas location is just a great dynamic team with Rob, Carina, Melissa, Brennan and Joel!!

I Absolutely Love this place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have really been a blessing to me and my ability to function with everyday obstacles of not having all fingers on my dominant hand. But thanks to Advanced Arm Dynamics. I can Actually do normal simple things we usually take for granted like tying my shoes, button a shirt and many other small things I wasn't able to do before I received my prosthetics fingers. I advise anyone who has missing limbs to contact them A.S.A.P.

Arm Dynamics is an awesome place. I have been a patient for the past seven years. The patient care I have received is outstanding. The one thing that stands out for me is their patient service. They are very helpful and prompt with any repairs I need for my prosthetics. I ship it to them and they work promptly to return my prosthetics to me. Their entire staff cares about their patients. After all these years, they are like family. I can't say enough good things about Arm Dynamics.

The best patient care anyone could ask for. I have been using Arm Dynamics for 10 years and I have never had any issues with care, service or anything of the nature. Arm Dynamics has become family to me over the years. From my initial visit, Arm Dynamics has listened, worked with me, answered any questions or concerns that I might have. They have a top notch staff in every aspect of the company. They put the patient first and do everything in their power to meet the needs and specifications of each individual patient. You have their undivided attention while you are there. From explaining the product, the fitting of the prosthesis, even to working with you to show you how to use the prosthesis property, they take their time and make sure you are comfortable during the whole process. Rob and his team are the very best in the business.

Rob, is amazing to work with and sincerely cares for his patients. He goes above and beyond to help and be creative. The whole staff is actually great here at the Irving Office, from Melissa at the front office, all the way back to the OT and all the Techs. If you are an upper amputee, we would highly recommend you trying this group out. We look forward to working with them from here on out, till the Good Lord calls me home!
