Candon got me back in shape and has kept me motivated since I started working out with him. He keeps me accountable and has helped me hit my goals. He's passionate about what he does and definitely not in it just for the money. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
Canton has by far been the best personal trainer I’ve ever had! He genuinely cares about the well being of each of his clients and will make sure to get you on track to looking and feeling your best! He personalizes everything to meet your individual goals, he even helped me figure out what diet works best for my workouts and what protein & supplements I should be using to get me the best results. I have never looked or felt better about myself and I have nothing but high praise for him!
I’ve been working with Candon since March and I see him weekly! I have gotten so much stronger and I’ve lost 30 pounds between exercise and diet. He’s great at encouragement, and keeping the exercise consistent while also changing it up. His gym is very nice, and I love the privacy and one on one. Looking forward to continue to train!
Candon is a great trainer. He understands my physical limitations and caters a work out to my needs that is efficient and effective. He’s really encouraging and makes me feel at ease. I also love the fact that he has a private studio. I feel comfortable and myself during the work outs instead of self conscious about all the people around me when I’m at other gyms. I had back surgery last year and am 80lbs overweight. The doctors were very clear about strengthening my core and slimming down if I want to avoid another back surgery. For the last two months, with only 2 sessions a week, I’ve grown stronger, lost 5lbs of body fat, gained almost a pound of muscle and several inches all over my body. Considering I haven’t changed my eating habits nor added extra workouts, it’s amazing! I feel inspired to change my eating habits to see even better results. I highly recommend him!
I originally started working out with Candon to prepare for a Hawaii trip. I did so good and saw great results that I chose to stick around and now been working out with him for many months. Such a good trainer and always willing to help and work with my crazy schedule. Plus, working out one on one in his private gym is great! No fighting for equipment and no distractions. Always good workout!
