  First and foremost I would like to thank Edgar Silva for his wonderful customer service! Today I brought my first car and he made the process much faster and easier!! He was very helpful and explained EVERYTHING!! Make sure to ask for Edgar, thanks so much for helping me buy my first car!!!!!!!!

  Cedric was simply amazing! He provided excellent customer service while being genuine and transparent throughout the entire process. I’d recommend Cedric to anybody looking to purchase a new car. Cedric also provided a stress-free environment and was very conscious of my time.

  I have been in the auto finance business for 20 years and have rarely gone to a dealership to purchase a vehicle. It is a process and can be a waiting game. Choosing the right vehicle, the right price and the right payment. I pass DriveTime in Irving TX, every day and decided to stop in because I was in the market of finding a vehicle. The 1st day I stopped in, It felt so welcoming, the staff was amazing. Starting with Eric, (GM) took my info with no pressure. It was like we had known each other forever, great conversation very soft spoken, yet his professionalism was top notch. I was then introduced to Edgardo (sales associate) he took me by the hand, and walked me through the whole process step by step. His patience was remarkable, his personality, just amazing and his professionalism was beyond first in class. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen...5 Gold Stars!!! In his absence, Cedric another amazing sales associate stepped in and worked with me. He was like the brother from another mother, he too was added no pressure. I would highly recommend either one of these two gentlemen to work with you. But, Edgardo was very knowledgeable and passionate about the products. I would also recommend stopping by the Irving location if you are in the market for a vehicle. I thank each of them for showing me that, purchasing a vehicle can be a wonderful and fun experience. Edgar, thank you so very much for getting me through the process. Eric, you have a wonderful staff and have trained them very well!!

  Thank you to the team, we are up and driving again. Our old vehicle finally gave out and we were able to work something out to get us in a new vehicle. This is our third car with Drive time and I'm glad to say that they are life savers. Especially the Irving location. I no longer live in Irving, but I continue to return because of the service and people.
