Company stayed in contact with texts the day before. Received a text about ETA for my appointment shortly before the arrival of the technician. Recieved a call from the technician saying he's on his way. Arrived when he said he would. Very polite and efficient. Answered all of my questions about the new keypad. He tested everything to make sure it worked properly. Overall, very professional!

I am very happy with my system! Juan was excellent with explaining everything to us. He answered every question we asked! He installed our system in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Tammy is also an excellent sales person. She came to my home when she said she would and explained the system to us! She was awesome! I'm happy with the whole experience!

Received a text saying tech would arrive in 30 minutes. On the dot, came installed battery, fixed frayed connection. Prompt service. Nice friendly well mannered guy!

However phone call to get services was horrible. The woman would not shut up and let me talk. Finally asked for a manager when my grown son said, "ask for a supervisor, she can't do that!" Supervisor was understanding and flipped me over to get my bill lowered. Now saving $8. A month. doesn't sound like much until you figure it out that it's $100 a year.
