Back (Crushed L4 & L5) Problems, Feel hopeless!?!? I had been to 4 other orthopedic surgeons before meeting Dr. Shah. I knew within minutes of meeting Dr.Shah he was the doctor for me. 1 year later I am pain free living a life I didn't think was going to be possible. I workout daily, 30 minutes of cardio, another 30 to 45 minutes lifting weights. Dr. Shah truly a gift from God to me!
