Luke came to my home and was very knowledgeable about the services Moxie has to offer. Crystal came out the very next day and was punctual and very professional. She was careful around my wife’s plants and our pets.This company goes above and beyond to make sure their customers questions and needs are handled.

Seriously? She was a new team member?! If Blake had not been here, I would have never known. Cynthia was professional and polished, but so authentic, from the moment she knocked on my door. She was informative every step of the way to let me know what was going on and, most importantly, why!

She had to go into the attic to look around after spraying, and that's when I think she lied to me and told me she was new to "the Moxie family." (New employees just don't talk like that, and of course, I'm kidding about the fibbing.) What a lovely person and a superb representation of the Moxie brand.

And Blake was excellent--not only did he continue the same genuine and informational service, but as someone who trains people monthly, he's a guy who understands how to help someone grow in their craft. Long story, short: They took care of my home and the uninvited guests inside of it. I'd recommend Moxie to anyone (and have several times).

As for Cynthia, if you hire more people like her, you'll have no problems in the future. Now give her a raise or something, will ya?

Our Moxie technicians are always professional, let me know when they arrive and when they leave. They are also careful to ensure our dogs are out of the way and safe from escaping.

I can see them on every visit walk around my house/yard looking for problem areas. More than once they've informed me of a budding issue and offered treatment. They are always polite and easy to work with.

Moxie has serviced my suburban home for over 2 years now. They have done a terrific job of maintaining my home keeping it pest and rodent free. Whenever the seasons changed and pests (especially ants and wasps in my neighborhood) tried to move in they sent a certified technician to eradicate them, and reestablish a preventative barrier around our property.

Jason is hands down their best technician. He is knowledgeable about his craft, respectful to my family and our home, and he represents Moxie and pest control far beyond my expectations. I have had many exterminators in the past, but Jason’s professionalism and skills make Moxie my pest control go-to company.
