Anytime Fitness

Great place to work out as long as you’re there during none peak hours, of course that can be said of most gyms. The owner, keeps the place very clean and is open to ideas of new equipment.

This place is awesome. The customer service lady is exceptionally amazing at customer service.

Update.. Danielle called and apologized for how they handled the situation. Within 30 minutes Danielle had the issue resolved. It could have been resolved very easily weeks ago. That being said they handled the mistake well and made it right. Great turnaround.

I have stopped by 3 times trying to get someone to help me. The response has been “I can’t help with that and will have to let my manager do it.” Well the manager has never reached out. I have also left voice messages. I even called my home gym back in San Antonio and had them send over everything needed. Customer service at this location seems to be very poor.
