Northgate Plaza

During my stay I was taken care of! The staff was super sweet and caring. Robert made sure my transition was easy and smooth. He even came by my room every morning. I will recommend this facility to anyone in need of care or therapy. The food was amazing and they even were able to accommodate my specific diet! the nurses were so friendly and wonderful! I am back at home living my best life! Thank you so much Northgate!

I went by to check out this facility for my grandmother and I must say Robert from Admissions was a great help to me. He was very detailed and such a sweetheart. The facility was nice and clean with friendly staff. Lei the receptionist greets you with a kind smile from ear to ear and is very helpful and sweet. I would definitely recommend this facility for your love one as I am planning to choose this place for my grandmother as well.

My father went to the facility for rehab and I was pleased with therapy. The staff was awesome and the care that my dad received was amazing. Everything about Northgate was just amazing from the staff, therapy and I was also pleased with the good food they had. I just want to do a shout out to the whole staff for taking such GREAT CARE of my father. You all made it such an easy transition in every department. I highly recommend Northgate!!!!

Even though I am a worker at Northgate I call it home!
This facility has a welcoming/home kind of spirit. The staff are very hard workers and care for the residents, the therapy team is very great, the food is awesome, and what can I say... the activities are marvelous! There is never a dull moment in the facility, from entertainment to doing activities with the staff. Northgate Plaza is a very unique place, and it is most definitely the best place to call home. You will feel welcome as soon as you walk in!

Honestly I don't know where to begin!! I am so proud working as the Social Worker at Northgate...Everyone there is great, helpful, caring and so much compassion!! I am very happy that I joined a team that loves to help our patients to accomplish there goals and strengths in life. Everyone there goes above and beyond for our patients and addressing any concerns to our patients, family members and staff. I have never worked in a place that is so caring and have so much empathy for each other. I truly recommend our facility because we treat our patients not like patients but as a family member and this is why I joined Northgate Plaza because it's not just joining a team....it's joining a family of team who cares!!! Very Blessed!!!
