It is a sad situation when you need their services, but they are awesome. Everyone goes above and beyond to help you get through your hard times. I highly recommend Brown's memorial funeral services if you are in need. Jonathan is awesome, he has done a lot for me.

I met with Mr. Shinn with regard to transferring my mother's ashes to a more permanent memorial keepsake box. My mom was not cremated there and I have had no other business with Brown's Memorial other than to transfer my mom's ashes. Mr. Shinn gladly said that he would help me and all I had to do was come at a time when he was free. I came back the next day and Mr. Shinn was there to help me and he took my mom's ashes and new keepsake box with him and he even separated some of her ashes out for me to make cremation jewelry. I had a very pleasant experience with Mr. Shinn and am glad that I stopped by to ask if they would be able to transfer my mom's ashes for me. I so appreciate his assistance and willingness to help me. So happy that he was able to help me with my somewhat odd request. Thank you Brown's Memorial and Mr. Shinn!

After losing my father in 2016 my mother went to join him in Heaven in May of 2021. Brown's handled both of these tremendous losses for my family with such professionalism and respect that it allowed our family to focus on grieving and celebrating each of their lives.
I don't give a lot of reviews but now that my family has trusted Brown's Memorial with such important stages of life's most difficult times I feel I must share our experiences with anyone and everyone that may have a need for any of the services they offer.
My mother's biggest wish was to pass at home as oppose to a hospital or nursing home and she got just that. She passed away at her home with family by her side. Although I can't say it was easy to be present for that experience, I can say that I wouldn't change a thing because she got to leave this life exactly how she desired. Within minutes we were blessed to have Jonathan from Brown's Memorial show up with compassion and patience to begin the process of having her legacy and life peacefully laid to rest.
The entire staff, especially Jonathan far exceeded all expectations of this process making it as easy as possible.
He even helped us save money while providing a priceless process.
From slowly driving her away in their beautiful, shiny black vehicle, to the final burial, they treated her just as one would expect for a queen.
Obviously I'm grateful for having Brown's there when we needed them!

The entire staff at Browns went above and beyond helping me with my WW2 Navy dad's service. From the customized products that I wasn't even aware of, that they designed, to the last minute changes and coordination with those speaking at the service. They did an amazing tribute in providing an honorable and memorable service for my dad. I had many people tell me that they had never witnessed such a perfect memorial service. THANK YOU Donald, Wendy, Susan and the entire staff at Brown's.
