(July 9, 2019, 1:52 pm)If you are pregnant and you are reading this to see if you can decide to do maternity yoga.. just do it and go to Supriya. She is amazing, get you to learn the basic of yoga (like me never did it before) and get you to calm and enjoy stretching your baby in the womb. I practiced the poses all along the pregnancy, and actually during labor and had my baby with a smile and lot of breathing. I can't wait to be pregnant again and go see her :)
She has other type of classes to check out.
(March 13, 2019, 1:03 pm)I joined Satvik yoga classes for prenatal yoga and I loved how easy and relaxing the classes were.
Supriya is a great yoga coach and her instructions are clear and simple. I also appreciate her professionalism.
Would highly recommend the classes, it helped a great deal in reducing my back and ribs pain.
(March 13, 2019, 12:31 pm)Relaxing and fantastic sessions for prenatal yoga! Supriya is helpful in instructing and making adjustments throughout yoga sessions. The house studio is clean and comfortable. She also provides equipment needed for the prenatal session.
