(July 13, 2020, 10:33 pm)Best Dentist visit I've had in a while. Even with Covid-19 Pandemic I was very wary of going to the dentist office. The staff and Dr. J Patel were very professional from the first time I picked up the phone to make the appointment. The staff was very respectful with me with all the questions regarding all the questions I had regarding the Covid-19 procedures that they have.
The reason for my visit was for a tooth ache. Dr. J Patel was very courteous with me and all the questions I had regarding the tooth ache that I had. It turns out that I needs a filling and it was a super easy process.
The Covid-19 procedures they have are outstanding. They make you feel safe and explain all the things they have in place to help prevent Covid-19 from spreading in their office.
I would definitely recommenced Ranchview Family Dentistry to my family and friends.
(May 22, 2020, 1:35 pm)I see Dr. Hemu primarily but have also been helped by Dr. Jay. I have been seen for routine appointments as well as a recent emergency. Dr. Hemu became a hero for me with his treatment of my emergency. Having an extraction and prep for an implant is not fun, but I knew I was in excellent hands. Also, I am always impressed by the professionalism of the staff as well as the dentists. They truly care about patients and want to deliver the best care possible. With Covid among us now and with safety being of the utmost importance, this is an office that has multiple safety checks and practices in place. They are dedicated to keeping everyone safe. It is obvious why this practice is in D Magazine as an excellent dental office, and I highly recommend them.
