Symonds Flags and Poles

I purchased this flag and pole set last week. So far very impressed with the quality of the flag and especially the pole with its spinner design. I've yet to see the flag get wrapped around the pole. I did purchase the smaller flag because I was concerned with how low it would sit on my house. But after install I will upgrade to the standard 4x6 flag in the future. The install was very easy and the bracket and pole are FAR better quality then ones you would find at Walmart or such. And I really like that the bracket was adjustable to move the angle of the pole depending on where your mounting it.

I called before going and received great phone support. I then walked into the store and first thing I noticed was how clean and organized it was. Nicely designed. The young lady named Aylin was busy with a client but acknowledged me being there and got to me as soon as she was able to.
Great customer service if I may say. I plan on going back for sure.

What great customer service upon arrival I got a tour the entire facility. Christina was so helpful and had so much domain knowledge. I recommend do not order online from a company that is not local! I had to return the flag poles that I ordered online and you get what you pay for. Symonds is the best! Such variety and a beautiful store very military friendly. The tile work in the lobby honors all branches.
