(March 2, 2020, 8:17 am)I have 5 cars that I have serviced at this location in Irving. Charles and his crew have worked on my various vehicles for more than 10 years. When we first moved here from Houston I tried a number of different oil change and auto repair places. The oil change places were fast but always tried to add more stuff not needed. I read the One Bad Review by Moham and IMO is totally bogus. I finally went to Midas after I went to several other places when I first moved here. I have been EXTREMELY SATISFIED. They do great work. They actually find the problem and resolve it. The price is fair and their work is PHENOMENAL. I continue to go to Midas for more than 10 years. I trust them with all my vehicles because my wife and kids drive , and I need professional and honest work. They do excellent work. You will be satisfied with their work.
(January 16, 2020, 10:13 am)2nd time here for oil change and new wipers. 2 of their mechanics got into a bit of a heated argument pulling my car in but still did great work and were friendly towards me. Was joking with the manager about it by the time I left and the other manager still remembered me from the one time I came by months ago! Would still recommend despite everything 10/10. Great people. Great work
(December 29, 2019, 2:24 pm)My car was towed to Midas after it broke down on the highway. They had it diagnosed and repaired quickly for a reasonable price. The manager was very friendly and he even gave me a ride home while I waited for my car to be repaired. I would recommend this Midas to anyone who is looking for a honest repair facility (I know they are hard to find).
