The assistant manager Daniel F. has gone above & behind to make sure I get the quality products I need for my vehicles. He is definitely manager material, very professional & accommodating. Joe is a delight to work with and has years of experience in installing products & ensuring we were satisfied with the products we were purchasing. The entire staff definitely takes the time to listen to the customer & I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks again Daniel for your help & making everything run smoothly. That is what great managers do- making sure the customer leaves happy! I would definitely recommend Car Toys in Irving, TX.

Checked the price before but on eBay and Amazon. The price was little less then website. I am a very positive satisfied customer and will recommend other who loves loud bass music. A+ 5⭐️ Service. (May 12, 2022, 9:45 am)I had an excellent experience with my local Car Toys outlet. A key part for the backup camera I wanted was out of stock - for months. Eventually, I found an equivalent part at a well-known online site and Car Toys verified that it appeared to be useable (even though they didn’t sell it). They installed the back up camera, incorporating the part I purchased elsewhere, as well as a blind spot monitoring system - and both are working perfectly. The installation is as if the systems were factory-installed; you wouldn’t know that these are after-market systems. Importantly, the assistant store manager, Daniel Fernandez, was consistently helpful throughout the process; his attitude always seemed to be pleasing me as the customer. By the way, this review is not made-up and it’s not an advertisement, disguised as a review. I am a real customer and this was my real experience. I don’t typically leave reviews, but once in a long while, the merchant has earned it!
(April 26, 2022, 11:21 am)Great guys at the Irving store, I had a issue with a radio install that me nor Best Buy could figure out but when I made an appointment with car toys they listened to the symptoms I was having, diagnosed the problem with the original factory harness and was able to get a double din installed in my semi truck. Props to a great crew at car toys
