Have to give props to this location, I called about a shipment of live animals that the tracking information said had been picked up by an individual, as in delivered. I called in a panic and the man was so quick to prioritize the situation and figure out what happened. Turns out the wrong package was scanned and my animals are in route to me now. Very thankful for the immediate attention!

We are moving into the area and had to have them hold our mail until we moved into our house. We have lived all over this is our 12th home. I have to say this is some of the nicest postal staff we have ever met. Although we have had issues I don’t think it’s their fault. Unfortunately it’s been 20 days and we haven’t gotten any forwarded mail I’m guessing that’s from the other end they can’t control it if they don’t send our mail to them. But the staff has been super friendly. A nice change from previous Post Office

The staff at this agency is very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable, especially Mayra! She’s been very helpful the entire time I’ve been insured by them. Each time I have a question, she’s very thorough and makes sure I have an informed understanding of my policy. I highly recommend this agency.
