I remembered that we always went there to get things done to all my families cars and they were excellent in service, courteous, and reasonable in price. But it so happened to just closed. “Our 14 yr old son sustained an wrist injury at a weekend basketball tournament. We took him to an Advanced ER clinic for an X-ray since it was Saturday afternoon. The physician there thought he may have a buckle fracture or a fracture in his growth plate and recommended we see an orthopedic doctor on Monday. Dr. Grear Hurt was recommended by several friends. Called first thing Monday morning and was able get an appointment that afternoon at his Irving office. We arrived to a clean, quiet office with an efficient, professional, friendly staff. Dr. Hurt was knowledgeable, informative, and especially personable. He took time and great care of our son who himself commented upon leaving what a "good doctor" Dr. Hurt was, and I agreed. An all-around wonderful experience, would absolutely recommend Dr. Hurt for any orthopedic need.”

The young lady at the front desk, red hair, I can tell she had great customer service but that day her attitude was kinda funky. I just don't like feeling like I'm being "talked at" rather than "talked too". She seemed irritable a little because I asked questions to make sure I understood what she was saying. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to getting cars fixed but I was also made aware that payment for the work is after it's done. She took payment before. Ive been working in customer service since 2013 and having a bad day is understandable but keep the attitude at the door. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the work that was done”
