I am well pleased with the discount received, units location I was given and I am going to highly recommend this Access Storage Facility. Plus, even when a irate old tenant came in with a very rude attitude and making accusations of theft a long time ago, Antoinette handled the situation with patience, great customer service and poise. Simply Awesome experience!

Is was hot out and they came and did safety check and even offered me water, now that’s awesome especially when you’re a truck driver and so many people are mean to you. Thank you ma’am and the gentleman who also offered me trash bags if I needed them. Y’all are Awesome ????????????????????????
(June 30, 2019, 11:34 pm)I rented storage space in 2017 until May 2019. I had put stuff away on March 27 and sometime after my padlock was messed with so l had to have it cut......only to discover a few of my stuff had been stolen from my unit. I still have to go back and do a proper inventory.
