(September 30, 2019, 2:36 pm)Thank you Nick, Hector, and Edith for taking the time out of your busy repair schedule for getting my air unit going, I knew that when I heard the noise outside something was wrong, I went and checked the unit and found one of the propeller blades had cracked enough to make it sound like when clothes in a washing machine is off balance, clack clack clack, Again, thank you NIck at Freedom Air for quickly fixing my unit. You guys are the best.

My husband and I were out of town and our ac froze up again we had our kids, 6month old grandbaby and my disabled mother in the house on a Saturday. I asked my daughter to call someone and get them out asap and I am so thankful that this was the company that she called!! The tech that came out (Jose) was wonderful he got the system running good enough to keep everyone comfortable until we could figure out what we were going to do. He also spoke with me over the phone and explained everything and then they got me all the information so that we could make a decision! Everyone I spoke with was wonderful and when we made our decision it took no time at all to get everything moving we had an entire new system put in and Jose and his team did an amazing job! This company will now be the only company we use and will be the only one we will recommend to others!! I really can't even say enough good things about them! It is so hard to find a company that is truly there for there customers every step of the way but I can assure you they were! I would also like the boss of this company to know that Jose really went above and beyond and the team that came with him really did amazing work Thank you so much for caring about your customers and you have definitely earned us as a lifetime customer!!! Keep up the wonderful work guys!
(July 14, 2019, 1:41 am)I called Freedom heating and air to repair my a/c unit , that wasn't keeping my house cool. They came the same day I called them and told me what was going on with my unit. My home is cool now and Freedom did a great job. I recommend them to my family.
(July 4, 2019, 11:47 am)We were having issues with our A.C. unit, which was not cooling very well upstairs at our house. Mike came out and did an initial assessment, explaining everything clearly. He provided options to resolve the issue, along with cost estimates for each option. We chose to have them replace our unit and take advantage of the upgrade in efficiency, newer technology and features. This company did an excellent job with the install, and was careful to keep the house clean after they were done. Of course, they walked us through everything, once complete, and made sure that they answered all of our questions. My wife and I were so impressed with their work and friendliness that we now plan to have them continue to service the A.C. unit each year.
(June 12, 2019, 11:54 pm)I know we must have been with Hector since the inception of the company so I will leave it to him to say exactly how many years it has been. We have been through complicated equipment repairs and zone board installations and we have always been so satisfied with their expertise and devotion to keeping us happy. I highly recommend keeping up with your service policies because if something breaks I cannot remember a time when they did not send someone out immediately. I think every purchase or repair we have had there has always been work that met and surpassed our expectations.
We highly respect the service and ethics of the technicians and employees of Freedom HVAC.
